From farm to packet, we treat every fruit with respect.

Sourcing
We partner with local farmers to select fruits at peak ripeness. No green picking here.

Prep & Cleaning
Fruits are washed thoroughly, peeled (if necessary), and sliced to uniform thickness for even drying.

Slow Air Dehydration
The slices are placed in our dehydration chambers where warm air (not hot!) circulates for 12-18 hours.
4
Quality Check & Packing
Each batch is inspected for texture and moisture content before being sealed in airtight packs.
